Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays!

Gray skies. Constant rain. Back pains. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here! But I'm teasing. The Grinch may be in theaters but he's not in the Anders household. So... Happy holidays to all. And I hope everyone is gearing up for a good winter break.

2018 has been a very productive year on my end. It started out with a Star Wars novel (Pirate's Price, out in January), and since then I've written a second and nearly a third book (both of which I hope I can tell you about soonish). I also did my very first writing in the Dungeons & Dragons space, a short story and some game mechanics for Kobold Press. These will be out in April as part of their Tales of the Old Margreve campaign setting. I love Dungeons & Dragons and it was a blast to contribute to my favorite hobby. So, all in all, it's actually been a phenomenally productive year. And I'm looking forward to 2019. Already I have several school visits lined up as well as some interesting projects I can't talk about yet! But hopefully soon!

Meanwhile, something I can talk about--if you are in or near the Birmingham area, please consider coming to the launch event for Star Wars: Pirate's Price. We'll be holding it at the Barnes & Noble at the Summit Shopping Center on Saturday, January 12th at 2pm. I'll be reading and signing and discussing the amazing experience of getting to play in the Star Wars universe. Hope to see you all there!

Sincerely,

Lou Anders
