Sneak Peak at the Battlemaps

The current Kickstarter, Vengeance of the Valravn, is going great. We’ve knocked down two stretch goals and are racing towards a third, with twenty-one days left in the campaign. If you haven’t jumped onboard yet, you can lend us your support by clicking the link above or here.

But today I want to share a SNEAK PEAK at the first battlemaps from our friends and partners at Heroic Maps. I’ve been a longtime fan of Heroic Maps and was thrilled to work with them on the first Thrones & Bones kickstarter. They do phenomenal work —really detailed battlemaps that are so richly and thoughtfully executed they are almost stories in themselves. I’m very pleased they are back for Vengeance of the Valravn, creating over a dozen maps just for this one adventure.

Below is a first look at one of the locations in the map, the village of Skeggthorp. This is a small settlement of around 130 people on the outskirts of Sindholm where one of the chapters of the adventure takes place. The map pack for VTT and home printing, available in some pledge levels, will feature both day and night versions of Skeggthorp (because that’s how awesome Heroic Maps is).
