Sorting the Ingredients with Gnome Stew

draugar on a longship

Today I am a guest on the Gnome Stew podcast. I sat down with host Jared Rascher to talk all things Thrones & Bones.

Jared has played several Norrøngard adventures and has actually read the novels too. This resulted in an informed discussion that encompassed the whole of Thrones & Bones and not just the current project, the adventure Fury of the Forsaken, (116% funded on Kickstarter right now with 8 days remaining).

In fact, Jared got me to open up and spill way, way more beans about the rest of the world and my future plans for it than I intended to. So if you want an in-depth look at world building across several media (children's novels, adult short fiction, tabletop games for Dungeons & Dragons then Tales of the Valiant), this is the most "bean spilling" I've done to date!

Meanwhile, we are taking a break from the Fury of the Forsaken Live Stream tonight while one of our players is out of town. We'll return in a week on Wednesday the 28th for an episode in which we will begin the final battle, using the new mass combat rules we've developed. And then the plan is to finish the adventure with a special Saturday afternoon episode on Saturday the 31st. Watch this space for details as we get closer.

And as the Norrønir say, "Never leave home ahead of your axe and sword!"
